Frequently asked questions.

When is your next shop update?

I will be updating the shop as new pieces are created! Follow my Instagram account to see when new pieces are added!

What is resin?

Resin is a 2-part liquid that when combined in exact proportions and allowed to cure, turns into a solid, clear material.

Am I allergic to this jewelry?

Everything I use is nickel and lead free! This leads to a much lower rate of having a reaction to my jewelry. However, there is always a chance that sensitive skin could be irritated by the materials used.

Why aren’t my earrings identical?

Everything in nature is created with its own blueprint. It is very hard to find 2 flowers or clover that are the exact same. I try my best to pair my findings that are most similar!

Where are the pressed materials sourced?

I forage for all of the natural pieces myself! The clovers are found on walks with my dog and wild flowers found on park trips with my son. The violets in this drop were planted from seed and tended to in my garden by me last summer. No botanical pieces are purchased, ever!

Custom Orders?

Custom orders are not available at this time as I am currently working on a few outstanding orders. I will update you all on my Instagram when they have reopened.

The item I want is sold out, What do I do?

All of my pieces are one of a kind and poured in small batches. Once the pieces are gone, they are gone. I may never make that piece again. It all depends on the amount of botanicals I am able to find! It is best to scoop up what you like as soon as you see it because it may be the last time it is available!

How do I care for my jewelry?

All chains are silver plated so do tarnish over time. They can be polished with a polishing cloth. The pendants are made of resin and do not like to get wet. It is advised to take jewelry off when swimming or bathing. If the pendant looks dull, polish with a damp cloth and let dry completely.

What if I need jewelry repairs?

If your jewelry needs to be repaired within 10 days of receiving it, you can send it back to me and I will repair it at no charge to you. You will only need to pay for shipping back to me! I will then ship it back to you at no charge to you. If your jewelry has passed the 10 day mark, you can send it back to me and I will repair it for a $6.00 charge plus shipping.

I just placed my order, when will I get it?

All orders have been made in small batches in advance and are ready to ship within 2 days of placing your order. All shipping is done through USPS First Class Package Shipping. Each order will receive a tracking number when it is ships out! You should receive your package within 7-10 days of placing the order. (Holiday and Post Office issues withstanding)

Preorders?

No preorders at this time. I will update you all if preorders reopen.
